No. INB230812537 & INB010812536, which created artificial volume in the scrip of MIC, leading to false and misleading appearance of trading in the securities market. The SCN alleged that the noticee 1 created artificial volume in the scrip in violations of Regulations 3(a), (b), (c) & (d), 4(1), 4(2)(a) & (g) of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices) Regulations, 2003 (PFUTP Regulation hereinafter) and Noticee No 2 alleged to have acted as stock broker and counter-party broker in respect of self-trades of Noticee1 in the scrip of MIC Electronics Ltd, thereby it failed to adhere to Clause A (2) of the Code of Conduct for Stock Brokers r/w Regulation 7 of the SEBI(Stock Brokers & Sub-brokers) Regulations,

It was alleged in the SCN to noticee 1 that it had entered into self trades repeatedly, which created artificial volume in the scrip leading to a false and misleading appearance of trading in the scrip of MIC in the securities market.
