5. Accordingly, the instant proceedings initiated against the Noticee vide SCN dated June 9, 2017 is disposed of as withdrawn
6. In terms of the provisions of Rule 6 of the Adjudication Rules, a copy of this Order is being sent to the Noticee and also to SEBI.
