Adjudication Order in the matter of ABL Biotechnologies ltd., Page 3 of 42 resolution and authorised Kollenmareth Oomman to sign the agreement with BANCO, which acted as security in connection with the loan availed by CLIFFORD and BANCO to use funds deposited in ABL’s bank account as security in connection with the loan sanctioned to CLIFFORD, had acted as parties to the fraudulent, manipulative and deceptive scheme.
