The shares of the Company are listed on Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd., (hereinafter referred to as BSE) only.
2. SEBI had initiated Adjudication proceedings and appointed Ms. Anita Kenkare as the Adjudicating Officer under Section 15I of the SEBI Act read with Rule 3 of the SEBI (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties by Adjudicating Officer) Rules, 1995 (hereinafter referred to as Adjudication Rules) vide Order dated February 28, 2014. Pursuant to internal restructuring, the undersigned has been appointed as the Adjudicating Officer vide Order dated May 18, 2017.
3. Show Cause Notice (SCN) dated July 31, 2015 was served upon the Noticees respectively under Rule 4 (1) of the Adjudication Rules to show cause as to why an inquiry should not be held and penalty be not imposed against them under Section 15HA of the SEBI Act for the alleged contravention of SEBI Act and the PFUTP Regulations.
