Pursuant to the transfer of the extant adjudication proceedings to the undersigned, the Noticee was provided with another opportunity to submit its reply vide Notice dated July 4, 2019. On consideration of the facts and circumstances of the cases, opining that an inquiry should be held in the matter, in the interest of natural justice, the Noticee was also provided with an opportunity of hearing on July 18, 2019 vide the said Notice. However the Noticee failed to submit any reply to the SCN and the Noticee also failed to appear before the AO on the date of hearing.
