On a comparative analysis of the sub-broker’s client database maintained in its back office vis-a-vis the database maintained in the ‘Pradnya’ software, it is observed that following clients continued to trade with the sub-broker even after November, 2005 without executing the tripartite agreement and the ledgers of which were being maintained in the sub-broker’s back office, instead of the ‘Pradnya’ software.
