Page 2 of 3 Committee, constituted by SEBI, considered the consent terms proposed by the applicant and after deliberations, recommended the case for settlement. Accordingly, the applicant shall pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) towards the settlement charges and shall not buy, sell or deal in securities for a period of six months. The said terms of settlement were accepted by SEBI and communicated to the applicant vide letter dated February 10, 2009.

A copy of this order shall be served on all recognized stock exchanges and depositories to ensure that the applicant i.e. Ms. Suniti N Shah, 18, Dhootpapeshwar, 3rd Floor, Mangalwadi, Girgaum, Mumbai - 400004, (PAN AJWPS1087L) does not buy, sell or deal in securities, directly or indirectly, for a period of six months from April 01, 2009.
4. Accordingly, the applicant, without admitting or denying the charges, has remitted a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) vide demand draft No. 705751 dated 19.02.2009 drawn on ABN AMRO Bank, payable at Mumbai. Further, the applicant, vide letter dated February 19, 2009, has undertaken not to buy, sell or deal in securities for a period of six months.
