- 2 - 3. It is noted that the SCN sent by registered post returned with remarks “No company at given address”. In view of the same Bangalore Stock Exchange Limited was required to serve the SCN. The Bangalore Stock Exchange Limited deputed officials to deliver the SCN to the company at its registered Office but found that the company was not functioning. In view of the same, the SCN was affixed on the premises of the company.
