That when he passed away than me myself was not having any option to get that money back because his family was not in any position to discuss about reimbursement or repay, he left 3 girl child and still all girls are ageing between 5 years to 12 year and his wife is a illiterate widow also so kindly please advise me in this situation what to do? Should I file a police case or a court case (suit) against Late Mr. Mukesh or against his successors or against that company called Triveni Management Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.
