Page 2 of 11 investigation. The net sale of the Noticee was 57200 shares constituting 30% of the net sale during the period. It was also observed that the Noticee was involved in trade reversal in respect of 34,800 shares of the company.

Page 3 of 11 6. Subsequent to the transfer of Mr. V. S. Sundaresan, I was appointed as the Adjudicating Officer vide order dated November 18, 2009.

Page 4 of 11 11. After transfer of the case to me, in adherence to the principles of Natural Justice a hearing notice dated December 1, 2009 was issued to the Noticee under Rule 4 of the Rules fixing December 11, 2009 as the date of appearance at SEBI, Northern Regional Office, Delhi.
