2 was ` 41,43,15,000/-. Investigation observed that the amount towards conversion of the said warrants was received from various other third parties and much before the actual date when the Noticee opted to convert the warrants.

It was alleged in the SCN that the Noticee converted the warrants without paying the consideration of ` 41,43,15,000/- to PSTL and the amount claimed to have received by PSTL for the conversion of warrants were not received from the allottee of the warrants i.e, the Noticee but from other third parties.

The company has received full payments as per guidelines and I have also paid full amount for the warrants and conversion as per guidelines. It may be kindly noted that amounts has be paid prior to allotment and payment of allotment date also include that.
