_____________________________________________________________________________________ Shree Hari Hira Stock Broking Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of Hit Kit Global Solutions Limited                                 Page 2 of 38  EUL was not shown as promoter in the subsequent quarters and its holding reduced  to  25000  shares  by  December  1,  2005.  The  last  of  such  trades  happened  in  November 2005. It was also observed in the quarter ended January 31, 2005, the  first quarter after EUL offloaded substantial shares in the company, the company  reported exceptional losses which taken together had neutralized the accumulated  profits and the year’s financial results became ordinary.

_____________________________________________________________________________________ Shree Hari Hira Stock Broking Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of Hit Kit Global Solutions Limited                                 Page 4 of 38  (a) That Noticee has executed trades for and on behalf of clients Mr. Dinesh Vijla,  Mr. Abhijit Todi, and Mr. Anil D. Thakrel before the investigation period the total  volume being 2107207. Noticee submitted that the aforesaid number of shares  should  also  be  taken  into  consideration.  Apart  from  abovementioned  clients,  Noticee has executed trades for and behalf of 7 other clients during investigation  period.  (b) Noticee submitted that the counterparty details to be provided to them.  (c) Noticee submitted that none of the trades executed by them for and on behalf of  the client have ever matched in price, time and quantity on a single occasion.  (d) Noticee submitted that the alleged synchronized trades executed by them does  not matched exactly in time, price or quantity. Further, there has always been a  huge difference in the sell and buy quantity further the time difference between  placing of order and execution is always more than 6 seconds.   (e) Noticee  submitted  that  they  have  executed  100’s  of  transactions  for  and  on  behalf of his clients in the scrip (HKGS) during the period of investigation, under  such circumstance a negligible number of trades can be coincidence and there  need not be any intentional motive behind the
