Adjudication Order in respect of Vista Pharmaceuticals Inc. in the matter of Vista Pharmaceuticals Limited Page 2 of 11 under Regulation 13(3) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 (hereinafter referred to as ‘PIT Regulations’) for change of its shareholding from 30.92% on 21.07.2005 to 12.8% on 13.01.2006.
