2 Reiners Verwaltungs GmbH, Germany (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Noticee’/ ‘WRV’) had failed to comply with various provisions of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 (hereinafter referred to as ‘SAST Regulations 1997’) during the years 2000, 2001 and 2002 (hereinafter referred to as ‘relevant period’).
