It was observed from the trading pattern that M/s Dhoop Sales Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘Dhoop’ / ‘Noticee’) as a part of the group of other connected clients/entities (hereinafter referred to as ‘Jalco Group’) had traded significantly in the shares of the Company during the aforementioned investigation period.
