Adjudication Order in respect of Chetak Construction Ltd Page 2 of 8 Rules, 1995 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Adjudication Rules’) to inquire into and adjudge under the provisions of Section 15HB and Section 15C of the SEBI Act for the alleged violations committed by the Noticee. Pursuant to the transfer of Shri. Prasad Jagadale, the undersigned has been appointed as the Adjudicating Officer vide Order dated December 14, 2016 and the proceedings were received on February 09, 2017. SHOW CAUSE NOTICE, REPLY AND PERSONAL HEARING

The said hearing notice was also affixed at the premises of the Noticee at the following address: Plot No. 7, Malhotra House, Krinalal Marwah Road, Off. Saki Vihar Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400 072 in terms of Rule 7 (c) of the Adjudication Rules. The report on service of Noticee by way of affixture is on record. However, there was no response from the Noticee to the said hearing notice.
