Adjudication Order in respect of Cifco Finance Ltd Page 2 of 7 Rules, 1995 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Adjudication Rules’) to inquire into and adjudge under the provisions of Section 15C of the SEBI Act for the alleged violation committed by the Noticee. Pursuant to the transfer of Shri. Prasad Jagadale, the undersigned has been appointed as the Adjudicating Officer vide

In response to the Notice dated November 06, 2017, OIAE vide letter dated January 05, 2018, inter-alia, submitted that the SCORES authentication was provided to the Noticee on September 17, 2012. A copy of the said reply has been endorsed to the Noticee by OIAE.

Nevertheless we immediately initiated the necessary redressal process and issued 5 duplicate certificates bearing Nos.0150039 to 0150043 for 100 shares each aggregating 500 shares which were despatched to the complainant vide letter dated 18th April, 2017. A copy of the said letter is enclosed for your reference — Annexure 1.
