Page 4 of 21 5.2. The noticee, Mr. Manish Arvindbhai Waghela, who was found to have been connected with other entities entered into reversal of trades with other connected entities. It was alleged that the noticee was connected to other members of the group by virtue of his mobile number as per the KYC records of the broker was found to be same with three other members of the noticee group. It was alleged that the noticee entered into reversal of trades on 07.07.2011 with two connected group entities, Ms. Seema P. Shah and Mr. Bharat S. Mistry for 18,100 shares and 10,000 shares respectively. These reversal of trades were alleged to be in the nature of a circular trade where there is no change in the ownership of shares leading to artificial volume creation.
