Adjudication Order in the matter of Arunjyoti Enterprises Limited Page 3 of 24 dated September 12, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as ‘SCN’) issued under Rule 4 of SEBI (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties by Adjudicating Officer) Rules, 1995 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Rules'), the Noticees were advised to show cause as to why an inquiry should not be held against them and penalty be not imposed under Section 15A (b) of the SEBI Act for the alleged violations specified in the SCN.
