That the paid‐up capital of the company is Rs. 1,439 lacs;  b. That the company filed all disclosures under regulation 8(3) required to be filed  annually  before  30th  April  each  year  and  all  disclosures  were  filed  within  due  dates, except for FY 2001, 2002 and 2009. In these 3 years, the compliance were  done with a delay of 489, 124 and 135 days respectively;  c. That  the  disclosure  under  Regulation  8(3)  required  to  be  filed  at  the  time  of  declaration of dividend were not filed within due date during the years 2003 to
