They further submitted that before the revocation of suspension, 99% of the company's paid up capital was held by the promoters, however, at the time of revocation, they were advised by the Exchange to meet the 25% public holding requirement and in order to meet the same, the promoters diluted their holding and that presently there are about 200-300 public investors holding 25% of the paid up capital of the company.
