The undersigned was appointed as the Adjudicating Officer vide Order dated August 08, 2013 under Section 15-I read with Section 19 of the SEBI Act, read with Regulations 44 and 45 of the Takeover Regulations to inquire into and adjudge under Sections 15A(b) and 15H(ii) of SEBI Act for the alleged violations/ non-compliance of the provisions of Takeover Regulations committed by the Noticees.
