BACKGROUND 1. M/s. Shilpa Stock Broker Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “SSB”) is registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (hereinafter referred to as “SEBI “) as a stock broker and is a member of The Stock Exchange, Mumbai (hereinafter referred to as ‘BSE’).
