“42. It has also been observed that the transactions of the noticee were in the nature of synchronized trades/matched orders which ensured matching of orders with specific sellers. These orders were put simultaneously or within close proximity of each other for same price and quantity. This synchronization is evident from the fact that 99.94 % of the trades of the broker, Shivam Stock Broking Pvt. Ltd. have matched with Sanju Kabra and 96% of the trades of the broker, Sanju Kabra, have matched with only two other brokers, namely, A.V. Shares and Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd. and Shivam St
