“Heard the learned counsel for the parties. It is not in dispute that the order dated 25th March, 2013 passed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”, for short) was challenged before the Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai (“SAT”, for short) and the order dated 23rd July, 2013, passed by the SAT in the said appeal had been challenged before this Court. By virtue of the said order, the case was remanded to the SEBI for fresh consideration. During the pendency of this appeal, the SEBI decided the case on 11th April, 2014.
