“On 21 st December 2006, after hearing the Counsels appearing for Petitioner No.1 as well as Respondent No.2 & 3, the Hon’ble Tribunal was pleased to admit the Appeal no.145 of 2006 filed by the Petitioner no.1 though the question of its maintainability was kept open.
