“Subject : Submission of Consolidated Financial Results This has reference to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 and the informal Guidance issues by SEBI on August 02, 2019 in the matter of Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited. As stated in the aforementioned SEBI informal Guidance, it is mandatory for listed companies to file quarterly / year to date consolidated financial results. For this purpose, Companies are required to consolidate the financial statements of Subsidiary and or its Associate companies / Joint venture
