“I observe that this is a fit case to suspend the registration of the Noticee for a period of three months as recommended by the Enquiry Officer for the reason stated hereinabove. At the same time, I have noted that the registration of the Noticee as a sub- broker has been cancelled by SEBI vide Order dated June 30, 2005. As the certificate of registration to the Noticee is no longer subsisting. I am of the view that suspension of the registration of Noticee does not arise, in view of the fait accompli.”
