Summary
SEBI advises all Stock Exchanges to ensure Annual Reports of listed companies are easily accessible on their respective websites following the discontinuation of the EDIFAR site. This requirement applies to annual reports for the financial year 2009-10 onwards, which were previously submitted under Clause 31 of the Equity Listing Agreement. Stock Exchanges are instructed to take immediate steps to implement this change and report the status of implementation to SEBI.
